We ensure our clients have and organic and stress free experience, while our Project Management team take complete control over all facets of each project, providing total peace of mind for our clients.

Our trusted Project Management team will manage the whole process including some of the following;

• Complete knowledge of project requirements, costings, inclusions, exclusions and client expectations;
• Total understanding and attention to every detail of the fitout;
• Dedicated and direct liaison with officiating parties (shopping centres, building management, council & local authorities);
• Clear communication from clients to our dedicated On Site Managers, ensuring any changes, issues or requirements are clearly understood and executed quickly and efficiently;
• Dedicated Project Coordinator to support each Project Manager, based in office, to capture all required project documentation and requirements, ensuring the Project Manager can be completely accessible, flexible and always well informed in real time;
• Coordination of all trades, materials and services;
• Regular and detailed updates from site, including comprehensive reports and photos;
• Thorough involvement in stakeholder meetings and communications;
• Quality control and defect resolution in a prompt and efficient timeframe, if required;
• Complete client satisfaction; and/or
• Ongoing support and direct contact in the future.
