Trad has been working with Shape Shopfitters for over 5 years and enjoys the variety of opportunities their diverse range of projects provides. He always feels a lot of satisfaction looking at the finished results.
Trad is a qualified Shopfitter having completed an apprenticeship in carpentry and then working at various companies prior to joining the team at Shape Shopfitters.
His role at Shape Shopfitters involves overseeing site works on some of the smaller projects including the day to day management of the trades and sub-contractors, materials, budgets and work schedules. He meets with workers and clients on a regular basis to ensure the project is on time and meeting client needs.
Trad is supported by other Shape Shopfitter employees, particularly the Project Manager and works very closely with the nominated Project Coordinator in order to meet project timelines and budgets and achieve positive outcomes.
When not working, Trad enjoys playing golf whenever possible.
