James Smith joined the project team 9 years ago and has enjoyed developing and learning new skills during his time with Shape Shopfitters.
As a Site Supervisor he manages the project fitout, coordinates with trades and the on site Shape Shopfitting Production team regarding the manufacturing and installation of customised joinery and architectural metal work and works closely with them to ensure the project meets required timeframes and budgets.
James has a Certificate 3 in Shopfitting and has worked in the industry since completing his qualification.
He considers handing over multiple quality restaurant fit outs on time, on budget and to a high standard to be a major achievement for him and the team.
