Production Manager
Glen holds a primary role within the Shape Shopfitters team having overall responsibility for the Shape Shopfitters commercial joinery, signage and metalwork factories.
Glen’s duties include ensuring project deadlines are met whilst maintaining optimum quality control. He also oversees occupational health & safety and training requirements for factory staff.
Glen has been an essential member of the Shape Shopfitters team for 14 years and thoroughly enjoys the challenges his role provides and getting to do something different every day. He gains a great deal of satisfaction from knowing their larger clients continuously come back, due to Shape Shopfitters reputation for delivering good workmanship and meeting project deadlines.
He holds a Certificate III in Cabinet Making and is a DuPont Master Craftsman.
Glen is an avid follower of the Hawthorn Football Club – holding a Gold Membership and enjoys taking his kids along to games. He also finds time to enjoys cricket, basketball and travelling.
