Our Team

Cyril has a background working as an Estimator in a family-owned business and appreciates the friendly culture and environment at Shape Shopfitters, which he has enjoyed for the past three years.  

He has a Diploma in Building and Construction, an Advance Diploma in Accounting and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Accounting.

As an Estimator at Shape Shopfitting, Cyril’s job responsibilities involve determining a detailed cost breakdown for specific fit out projects, covering all components of costs related to material, labour, overheads and many other aspects.  In order to achieve this objective he is required to analyse architectural drawings, identify required scope, review take offs and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to prepare tender bid breakdowns and submissions.  This also requires a thorough understanding of the inhouse capabilities in custom commercial joinery, architectural metalwork and signage via collaboration with production and project teams.

He gains a lot of satisfaction from working with a variety of professionals, winning major projects and being a part of the ongoing success of Shape Shopfitters.

Cyril finds that he is constantly learning about the building industry from production to regulations, improving his problem-solving skills.

His hobbies and interests outside of work include camping, reading about history, politic and theology and spending time with family and friends.
