Estimating and Operations Manager
Courtney Jarry prides herself on the effective operation of the Shape Shopfitters Estimating and Administration Team. Courtney has worked at Shape Shopfitters for 15 years, initially starting as a Project Coordinator but soon using her skills to be promoted to her current role as Estimating & Operations Manager.
Coutney has held the role of Estimating & Operations Manager for the past seven years and successfully leads the Estimating Team to accurately analyse, estimate and compile tender submissions and then oversee negotiations to achieve successful tender outcomes. Her role also involves the management of daily operational procedures with all administration staff, through the Shape Shopfitting’s customised operational system.
Courtney considers the development, implementation and customisation of their electronic operational system, to ensure the system meets and delivers organisational requirements, to be one of her major achievements since working at Shape Shopfitters.
Most of all Courtney enjoys the variety and fast pace of her work and the diversity of the people she meets. She gains a lot of satisfaction from assisting the design and project management teams to achieve the organisations goals and deliver projects ‘on time, every time’.
Outside of work, Courtney’s interests revolve around Crossfit and dancing.
