Commencing as a vacant greenfield site in South Australia, McDonald’s Mt Gambier became a fantastic opportunity for Shape Shopfitters to show off our unique commercial joinery and architectural metalwork skills, manufactured at our in house factories, incorporating an exclusive brand new McDonalds design palette. Providing a welcoming in-house dining area, colourful and fun two storey ‘Play Place’, modern and technologically updated order area and the ever-convenient accessible drive through, Shape Shopfitters were integral in the immaculate execution and aesthetic nature of the McDonald’s fitout, delivering another of Australia’s much loved McDonald’s restaurants, on time and on budget.
Our custom locally manufactured joinery assimilated seamlessly with McDonald’s latest customer technology offerings, including self serve kiosks and charge stations, giving McDonalds customers the ultimate elevated and efficient ordering and dine-in experience. Incorporating McDonald’s renowned playful and bright colours, along with the softness and soothing warm tones of the American oak solid timber accents and several unique ceiling and seating curved joinery pieces, made for a new and fresh look to the McDonald’s iconic branding style.
Whilst Shape Shopfitters are based in Greensborough Melbourne, we are extremely capable and excel in working and delivering seamless fitouts anywhere in Australia, very clearly and well demonstrated in this South Australian location. Shape Shopfitters take pride and thoroughly enjoy executing and exceeding clients expectations; and this build and fitout was a stand out execution and delivery.
