Axil Coffee provided an opportunity for Shape Shopfitters to showcase our expert in-house capabilities, with an amalgamation of custom joinery and unique curved custom architectural metalwork. This fit out featured concrete look walls with curved bulkheads, curved rattan custom wall dividers and a custom reflective curved Rimex bulkhead which created some brilliant aesthetic points of difference to this inner city restaurant and allowed Shape Shopfitters to really sink our teeth into delivering a flawless execution of the design intent.

The restaurant incorporates several seating areas and floor levels, divided by custom rattan screens and low height custom paneled walls, allowing a 150 patron seating plan that doesn’t compromise on space or intrusion for the seated customer.  An expertly laid out front of house servery with custom detailed order point, counters and pass through connection to the kitchen, created an effective flow for all employees to service customers. A compact and efficient commercial kitchen layout boasting a broad complimentary equipment array, all executed with the highest regard for council health regulations, was also integrated at the forefront of Shape Shopfitters capabilities.

The custom intricate joinery hero pieces were the rattan screens with pink framing and the curved reflective Rimex bulkhead, both expertly handcrafted to achieve an overall eye catching and spacious look for the fitout.  

Shape Shopfitters also undertook all custom in house signage throughout the restaurant.  This fit out allowed Shape Shopfitters to maintain total control of the fitout timeline by maximising our in-house resources to their utmost capabilities.
