Business Development & Design Manager
Megan forms a primary part of our team at Shape Shopfitters – connecting and optimising client relations. She engages with architects & designers to assist them in the estimating process, whilst respecting the quality of the design to ensure a successful outcome for fit out projects. Her expertise provides guidance on design details and build feasibility, offering recommendations on value management to ensure client and stakeholder alignment.
In the three years Megan has been with Shape Shopfitters she has given clients strategic and innovative designed & documented solutions. Megan imparts experience in a broad range of retail and hospitality, negotiating and navigating complexities to provide assurance of Shape Shopfitters’ partnerships.
Megan has a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, a Diploma in Retail Management and a Graduate Certificate in Project & Event Management, holds a WorkSafe White Card and is a member of Toastmasters & the Design Institute of Australia.
Outside of work Megan is pursuing her interest in art, wellbeing, family, life balance and sustainability.
