Grill'd Melbourne Emporium

Standing central to the shopping Centre dining experience at Emporium Shopping Centre – Grilld Emporium is a unique and cleverly designed hospitality fitout.  Grilld Emporium was a great testament to Shape Shopfitters ability to incorporate a vast array of finishes, including solid timbers, powdercoated metalwork, structural timber feature elements, tiles and rustic bricks; blending each of the elements seamlessly with unique design and custom manufacturing

Refurbishments/rebranding are always challenging but never a challenge Shape Shopfitters cant handle, working through any unexpected existing site condition surprises, hand in hand with our client for the most successful outcome.  New floor finishes, wall finishes and a revised equipment layout to existing, meant a full re-working of the operational cooking area and a new long upper window for additional light to the unusual back of house space, all executed to health and council strict requirements.

Aesthetically the curved features in the outer customer dining area including curved tiled feature parapet, curved counters and curved brick walls gave the fitout a very cool and sophisticated uniqueness.  Architecturally; the pergola solid timber features that cut across the curved middle and seamlessly appear popping out the other side was an impressive design proposal, manufactured and executed with finesse and purpose.

Likewise the custom timber table tops, curved custom order counter with feature metal mesh and a curved upholstered banquette to define the dining space were perfectly executed in our factory and installed onsite with ease.
